The Cabin on 360 sits on the hallowed ground of the Battles of Bethesda Church in Mechanicsville, Virginia, where more than 2,000 soldiers were killed or captured. Investigators regularly report apparitions, disembodied voices, footsteps and the sounds of musket fire. An overnight booking gives your team the whole property to investigate from dusk until morning.

Good to know
- Group size: additional guests are $50 each, up to 15 guests total. Enter your full headcount when you book.
- Payment: a 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 30 days before your stay. Bookings made within 30 days are paid in full.
- No ticket sales: you may not sell spots or tickets to your booking without approval in advance.
- Clean-up: your group cleans up before leaving, and the booking party signs our rules form at check-in.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the whole property ours during the booking?
Yes. Your booking includes private use of both buildings, the log cabin and the brick rancher, plus the 7.2-acre battlefield grounds. We never book another group at the same time.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
Cancel 30 or more days out for a full refund minus a $15 fee. You can also reschedule once for free with 30 days’ notice. Peak dates are non-refundable. See full policies.
What should we bring?
Yes. You can reschedule once at no charge if you ask at least 30 days before your booking and the new date is available.
What do we need to do before we leave?
Leave the property broom-swept, return tables and chairs to where you found them, bag trash by the front door and turn off the lights. A cleaning fee applies otherwise.
How does payment work?
Overnight bookings need a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the balance due 30 days before your stay. 4-hour time blocks are paid in full at booking. You can always choose to pay in full up front.
Is paranormal activity guaranteed?
No one can promise what the spirits will do. Many guests report activity, but every visit is different, and bookings can’t be refunded because nothing happened.
Can we sell tickets to our booking?
Not without approval in advance. Standard bookings don’t allow ticket or spot sales.
